ALEXIS POPE lives in Brooklyn. Forthcoming from Coconut Books in 2014, her first book was selected for the Joanna Cargill First Book Prize. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Guernica, Forklift Ohio, Octopus, Inter|rupture, Washington Square and Columbia Poetry Review, among others. She is the author of three chapbooks and is in the MFA program for poetry at Brooklyn College.
